ALTstatic™ is the State of Stick connected layer. It gives an approved physical object a persistent identity and connects that identity to a managed digital experience.

What it enables

• A physical product can open useful content or an approved action.
• The destination can be updated without changing the physical object.
• Programs can select standard or stronger verified interaction models.
• Intentional interactions can contribute to privacy-aware reporting.
• The experience can be paused, changed, or retired through its lifecycle.

ALTstatic is not the physical product itself, and it is not a claim that every object needs connectivity. State of Stick uses the connected layer when it improves the object’s usefulness or the relationship around it.

No dedicated app required

Supported experiences are designed to open through common phone interactions. Whether an experience is public, private, claim-based, or verified depends on the approved program rather than on the ALTstatic name alone.
