Project and customer support
Section titled “Project and customer support”Use the State of Stick contact form for project questions, launch changes, account assistance, or help interpreting an experience or report.
Include:
- your organization and project reference;
- the affected object, experience, or report;
- what you expected and what occurred;
- approximate time of the interaction;
- screenshots that do not contain credentials or private customer information.
Access concerns
Section titled “Access concerns”If a private link, customer account, or internal identity may have been shared or misused, stop forwarding it and request revocation or access review.
Security concerns
Section titled “Security concerns”Potential vulnerabilities should follow the responsible security disclosure process. Do not include secrets, personal data, or destructive proof in an initial report.
