Partner Responsibilities

Within the approved scope, State of Stick is responsible for:

  • delivering the agreed physical and connected components;
  • applying platform access and publishing controls;
  • testing the agreed experience and trust states;
  • operating privacy and retention controls described for the program;
  • communicating material incidents or blockers through the agreed channel;
  • keeping proprietary production and security material out of public deliverables.

The customer is responsible for:

  • accurate, lawful, and approved content;
  • authority to use submitted brands, names, images, and data;
  • identifying authorized contacts and removing access promptly;
  • communicating fulfillment, eligibility, warranty, and offer terms;
  • reviewing regulated, sensitive, or high-risk uses with appropriate counsel;
  • approving launch and material changes.

A production, agency, technology, or referral partner is responsible only for the role documented in the applicable agreement. Discussion, outreach, or a working concept does not create a public partnership, exclusivity, agency authority, equipment commitment, or right to bind another party.

Partners should preserve relevant records, avoid public speculation, and route suspected security, privacy, counterfeit, fulfillment, or brand misuse through the agreed escalation contact.
