Before design
Section titled “Before design”- Name the accountable customer owner and approver.
- Define the audience, outcome, and smallest useful action.
- Identify the physical environment and expected product life.
- Select the appropriate trust level.
- Identify accessibility, privacy, legal, and retention requirements.
Before production
Section titled “Before production”- Approve physical design and placement.
- Confirm permission for every supplied brand asset.
- Approve the destination structure and required copy.
- Confirm quantities, variants, delivery needs, and acceptance criteria in the governing order or statement of work.
- Identify who may request post-launch changes.
Before launch
Section titled “Before launch”- Review the live experience on representative phones.
- Test tap and visible fallback instructions.
- Test forms, media, errors, and completion states.
- Confirm reporting attribution and internal-test handling.
- Confirm private, claim, payment, or ownership boundaries where included.
- Approve the launch date and escalation contact.
After launch
Section titled “After launch”- Confirm the experience remains reachable from deployed objects.
- Review early activity for broken paths or internal test noise.
- Report content or operational changes through the agreed channel.
- Keep authorized contacts current.
- Review results against the original outcome, not raw interaction volume alone.
