Analytics and Privacy
Activation Intelligence™ measures intentional first-party interactions with connected experiences. It is designed to answer program questions without turning a physical product into hidden surveillance.
Default posture
Section titled “Default posture”- First-party collection
- Session-scoped recognition unless a visitor affirmatively enables repeat-visit analytics
- Coarse geography when allowed by the program policy
- No GPS claim
- No sale of analytics data
- No advertising-profile enrichment
- Retention attached to the event when it is recorded
Policy hierarchy
Section titled “Policy hierarchy”The most specific active policy applies:
- Campaign policy
- Customer default
- Platform default
Policies govern collection mode, geography, recognition, and retention. If the policy cannot be resolved, collection falls back to a more restrictive operational mode.
What reports can show
Section titled “What reports can show”Depending on the approved program, reports may show:
- taps and verification state;
- experience views and engaged-time milestones;
- call-to-action exposure and action;
- form progression and submitted leads;
- confirmed payment or fulfillment events;
- aggregate country or region;
- internal-test, suspected-bot, or exclusion scopes.
Raw event records are not rewritten to make reports look cleaner. Quality rules change the reporting view and remain reviewable.
Sensitive programs
Section titled “Sensitive programs”Children’s experiences, precise location, health information, biometrics, employee monitoring, or other sensitive contexts require separate purpose, consent, legal, and technical review. They are not enabled by choosing a label in a dashboard.
