Brand Authorization

Receiving a logo or discussing a concept is not blanket permission to manufacture, publish, advertise, or imply a partnership.

  1. Private exploration — limited concept work for review; not public and not a partnership announcement.
  2. Brand and public-use authorization — documented permission for the stated assets, channels, purpose, and duration.
  3. Final design approval — approval of the actual artwork, copy, placement, and experience.
  4. Production authorization — approval to make the stated quantity or execute the stated program.
  5. Launch or release approval — permission to publish or activate when separate from production.
